ARE THERE MINIMUM HOURS PER VISIT?

Yes, there is a minimum of 4 hours per visit per cleaner.

IF I BOOK SPRING CLEANING WITH CARPET CLEANING, CAN YOU DO BOTH ON THE SAME DAY?

Yes, it is usually done on the same day.

CAN I GO OUT WHILE YOU CLEAN MY PROPERTY OR I HAVE TO STAY IN?

You do not need to be there during the cleaning, but of course if you wish to stay we have no problem with that. Please note that you have to be there at the end of the cleaning, to check yourself the standard of service.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WHAT SHALL I DO?

One-off and Spring-Cleaning Services are hourly charged services (time & material). The cleaning operatives will be going through your own Priority Checklist and will complete items in order of priority.
You can have the cleaners for as long as you need

If you spot something that is not cleaned up to your satisfaction, just point out to them and they will be happy to re-do.

Please note, that hourly services do not guarantee that the booked time will be sufficient. Any issues must be raised before the cleaners leave, so they can try re-clean one more time for you.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?

Parking charges (if applicable) will be added to your final bill.

If you provide us with Visitors parking permit while we are working or if we can park for free, no parking charges will occur.

DO I NEED TO PAY CONGESTION CHARGE IF MY PROPERTY IS IN THE ZONE?

You only have to pay Congestion charge and ULEZ if your property is located in central London Congestion Charging area and if we have to deliver cleaning equipment and materials for the job.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

We accept all major credit and debit cards only. We do not accept cash!

DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE?

No.
We only require a payment card to be pre-authorized for the amount in order to secure your cleaning slot. Payment is taken once the cleaning services are completed.

IS THERE MINIMUM CHARGE PER VISIT?

Yes there is a minimum of 4 hours per visit and the minimum charge would the equivalent amount per hour for the 4 hours.

DO YOU PROVIDE SPRING CLEANING OVER THE WEEKEND OR BANK HOLIDAY?

Yes, we provide services over the weekends and on Bank Holidays. Usually there is not any extra charge to be paid.

WHO PROVIDES THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?

Our hourly rates usually include all materials necessary for the job. The supply of equipment (vacuums, mops, buckets, extendable dusters, ladder, …) is optional and additional charges may apply.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

We provide services 24 hours a day, but our office hours are:
Monday – Friday from 8am to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm

HOW CAN I CANCEL THE ALREADY BOOKED ONE OFF CLEANING SERVICE?

You need to provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice when you need to cancel your booking, if you fail to give the appropriate notice; you will be charged 50% from your estimated charge.

IF I CAN'T BE THERE AT THE END OF THE CLEANING, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Ideally, we ask you to be there to check the service yourself and raise anything you are not happy with before our operatives leave. Please note, that our hourly services are not guaranteed with a re-clean and non-refundable.

DO I NEED TO DEFROST THE FREEZER?

You have to defrost your freezer if you need it cleaned. If your freezer is packed with ice, we will not be able to clean it.

DO YOU CLEAN THE OVEN OR THAT IS SEPARATE SERVICE?

Yes, we can clean your oven on the same day, however there is a separate charge for internal oven cleaning.
