Little Heath is a tiny settlement in Ilford. This RM6 area is part of the London Borough of Redbridge. This place is a terminal point for the EL3 (East London Transit route). Chadwell Heath can be found to the east. Little Heath was designed after it. The suburban area has a large ethnic minority population. It has the fourth-highest Jewish population, for example. Moreover, it is home to the Muslim, Sikh, and Hindu population. There is another settlement in the UK that has the name Little Heath. This one is in Reading in the county of Berkshire.

Little Heath School is a secondary school for special children in Redbridge. It has more than 140 pupils. The school is close to the West Ham United Sports Ground. Those who visit the school or have to pick up someone in the area sometimes use the free car park at the sports grounds.
