Sunbury-on-Thames is a residential town in the Spelthorne borough, in Surrey’s administrative county and historic Middlesex county. It is 21 km (13 miles from Charing Cross and stretches from the southwest border of Greater London and the River Thames’ left bank.
The area is served by two stations, namely Kempton Park railway station and Sunbury railway station. Transport for London (TfL) bus routes 216, 235 and 290 also serve the Sunbury-on-Thames. Major roads that pass through the area are A316, A308 and A244, while Heathrow Airport is only 5 miles from the town center.
