DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME WHILE YOU CLEAN THE CARPETS?
No, you do not need to be there but if you wish to stay it is not a problem for us, but you need to be there towards the end of the service to check yourself if you are pleased from the cleaning.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO DRY OUT AFTER THE STEAM CLEANING?
We use professional equipment and we use fast drying system, your carpet will be dry within couple of hours of the cleaning. Only wool carpets take longer up to 4 hours.
IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WHAT SHALL I DO?
You have to inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come to re-do free of charge.
IS THE PARKING CHARGE A SEPARATE BILL OR IT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE LIST?
You will have to pay for the parking charges or simply give us Visitor’s Permit to use. This will be added to your final bill.
DO I NEED TO PAY CONGESTION CHARGE IF MY PROPERTY IS IN THE ZONE?
You will have to pay congestion charge only if your property is located in the zone.
ARE THERE ANY FABRICS THAT YOU DO NOT CLEAN?
Yes, we do not steam clean carpets from the following texture: seagrass, sisal, coir and natural fibres.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including AMEX. We do not accept cash.
DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT?
No.
We only require a payment card to be pre-authorized for the amount in order to secure your cleaning slot. Payment is taken once the cleaning services are completed.
IS THERE MINIMUM CHARGE PER VISIT?
Yes there is a minimum of £60 + VAT per visit.
DO YOU PROVIDE CARPET STEAM CLEANING OVER THE WEEKEND?
Yes we provide steam cleaning over the weekend and there is no extra charge.
CAN I BOOK THE SERVICE OUTSIDE THE STANDARD WORKING HOURS?
Our office hours are
Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9am tp 4pm
We provided service 24 hours a day.
WHAT KINDS OF CARPETS CAN MISS MAID CLEAN?
We can clean almost any carpet, including fine-quality area rugs, wool, and Orientals.
DO I HAVE TO SEND THE RUGS OUT TO BE CLEANED?
No, Miss Maid can clean all your rugs right in your home.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THIS SERVICE?
No, we provide everything necessary.
ARE YOUR CLEANERS INSURED?
All of our operatives are covered by our comprehensive Public Liability Insurance for up to 5 million pounds. This also include loss of keys.
