- Is there a minimum contract?
  Yes, our regular cleaning services are subject to minimum commitment of 1 month. In other words, we require 30 days notice in order to discontinue your service.
- What if I'm not happy from the first service visit?
  Please communicate your concerns with our office and we will make sure your maid is properly briefed. It may take 1-2 cleaning sessions for the maid to become fully familiar with your property and requirements. We can also allocate different maid if necessary.
- Will I have the same maid every time?
  Yes, you will have the same maid permanently assigned. Only in case of absences, a replacement maid will be offered.
