Our Professional Cleaning Services Task List applies to all of the services below:
Kitchen (professionally cleaned)
- clean and polish all cupboards and drawers inside and out
- remove any stains, marks, dirt and fingerprints
- clean the Fridge and Freezer inside and out (freezers need to be defrosted the day before)
- clean the Oven inside and out, clean the grills and oven dish *
- clean the Microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks
- clean Waching Machine including detergent drawer and door rubber
- clean Dish Washer including filter
- clean and wash all tops and surfaces
- clean and polish extractor hood and filters
- clean hob and burners
- clean and wash the sink, remove limescale and polish
- clean and wipe the door, door harware and remove marks and fingerprints
- dust light fittings and light switches
- clean windows and sills internally
- wipe clean skirting boards and architraves
- floors thoroughly hoovered and hard floors mopped
Bathroom (professionally cleaned)
- clean, de-scale and disinfect toilet bowl inside and out
- clean, de-scale and disinfect toilet seat inside and out
- clean, de-scale and wash the bath tub/ shower
- clean and polish glass shower/bath screen
- clean, de-scale and polish the taps and fittings
- clean and wash tiles, remove limescale
- polish mirrors and glass
- clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
- clean the cabinets inside and out
- clean and wash basins, polish the taps
- floors thoroughly hoovered and hard floors mopped
- wipe clean and dust the fan (where possible)

Professional cleaning products and Equipment is included as standard
Cleaning of plastic/metal/wooden Blinds is time consuming task and not included as standard in our Task List. We can arrange this upon request additionally.
Exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages, external windows cleaning are not originally included in our estimates. Please let us know if you require any exterior areas to be included.
We will move furniture to assist us to perform the Services, provided that any items of furniture can easily and safely be moved by one person. We do not move fitted appliances (such as Washing Machines, Driers, Dish Washers, Fridge and Freezers.).
Task list above applies only to Professional Cleaning Services such as End of Tenancy Clean, Move In or Out Cleaning and Post Builders Clean where the property is empty or free from personal belongings.
Our Regular Domestic Cleaning service uses different task list.
Please note that we do not wash or attempt cleaning painted walls.
