South Harrow in the London Borough of Harrow is a district located in the southwest part of Harrow-on-the-Hill. Originally, its development extended from west and south from the small town of Roxeth due to urbanization and better accessibility via train from Central London.
There are two recreational fields in South Harrow – Alexandra Park and Roxeth Recreation Ground. The former has a natural rugged zone, fitness area, and a children’s play corner, while the latter has ball courts, football and cricket pitches, a children’s play zone and natural rugged terrain.
South Harrow is served by Northolt Park station in the Chiltern Main line and South Harrow station in the Piccadilly line. Several bus routes service the area such as 114 (Ruislip to Mill Hill Broadway), H12 (South Harrow to Stanmore) and 140 (Heathrow Airport to Harrow Weald).
