West Hampstead is a northwest London district within the London Borough of Camden. To the north of the area is Childs Hill, to the northeast is Hampstead and Frognal, to the southwest and west is Kilburn, to the southeast is South Hampstead, to the northwest is Cricklewood and to the east is Swiss Cottage.
West Hampstead is primarily a suburban area, with numerous cafes, restaurants, small stores and bakeries concentrated around West End Green and on the northside of West End Lane. There are 3 stations that serve the area, namely West Hampstead Thameslink station, West Hampstead railway station and West Hampstead tube station. Bus routes 139, 328 and C11 also serves the area.
