I hired Missmaid in September 19 to take care of my end of tenancy cleaning in London, notably chosing them because of the 72hrs garantee they offer for this type of intervention. My landlord took over a week to get back to me to challenge my end of tenancy inventory after the check out, but Missmaid nevertheless accepted to get back to the flat to reclean whatever was needed, even if their garantee had expired. The landlord didn't find anything to challenge after their second visit, the team having even taken pictures to prove their good work.So thanks again Emiliyan for your help, you've saved me more than £200 in additionnal cleaning fees that the landlord originally asked for!
Hired for post builders clean. Overall very good job, flat was left very clean. Angel did an amazing job on the oven. Only reason for 4 star review was that one of the two cleaners did not speak any English.

This is an update of an earlier review. Having had Miss Maid in to clean two mattresses, I booked them in to clean the carpets in the same flat. We had had a terrible end-of-tenancy clean with another company, who came back but did not do a better job the 2nd time around. Although the carpets had supposedly been steam cleaned once, it was clear they were still quite dirty. The Miss Maid technician turned up on time and did a superb job of getting the carpets back to a good condition. He treated the stains then thoroughly brushed the pile before steam cleaning. The waste water that came out of the machine was so dirty, I'm astonished the carpets had been cleaned once already. At the end I casually mentioned that hopefully the clean would have dealt with the unpleasant smell and the technician offered to spray the carpets with deodorizer. All in all an excellent job, will use them again.

Excellent service!Professional from the start and they made the house so clean, we almost didn't want to go. If I could take away a quarter of a star, it would be for the way the booking is secured. Slightly strange process and the explanation on emails is too lengthy and not clear at all. An ability to pay online would be a major advantage, especially considering how easy it is these days to accept card payments in a safe and secure way. Other than that, I thoroughly recommend Miss Maid. They did a marvellous job and I'd definitely use them again.

Other companies we've had experience are advertising cheaper rates but charge you additionally if you ask for more than just hoovering and dusting, so keep that in mind when comparing prices.I was also impressed that as a regular customer of Miss Maid they give you a substantial discount on Carpet and Upholstery professional cleaning. Honestly can not fault Miss Maid Cleaning in any way. From the moment they helped me with my questions via their Instant Chat to the promptness of their emails, the competitive pricing and the ability to fit me in the following morning, I was extremely impressed. Booked with miss maid to do a sofa cleaning yesterday. They were supposed to arrive by 8.30am, but due to traffic issues the technician arrived at 9am, a bit frustrating. Never mind, they did an excellent job with my sofa and will definitely use them again.
Having carpet cleaning with them for second time and I’m very happy with the results. We have kids and carpets gets extremely stained with variety of stains as you can imagine. I have used different company before and there is a difference in the processes between Miss Maid and others. I have noticed that others will just go over with the carpet machine and that’s it. Miss Maid process takes twice more time as their technicians carry out stain and spot treatment, then something else and on the end is finished with the carpet machine. Results are amazing, managed to take out stains I thought are not possible to clean. Price wise are somewhere in the middle. If you need a proper carpet cleaning, give them a try.

Decided to go with Miss Maid even though their price was just a bit more expensive then couple of other I have checked, I never choose the cheapest ones anyway for obvious reasons. They offer 7 day reclean guarantee on their service which is more than double than what others offer and this meant to me that they are committed to deliver on whatever outcome arrives from your checkout report. Miss Maid is providing weekly cleaning to our home and so far we are very happy with them. The house is large but we don’t require all rooms to be cleaned every time. We have met with one of their representatives and discussed the best options that can work for us. They have prepared a dedicated check list for the maid that address the most important areas every time and spreading the rest in following visits throughout the month. The way they aproached us as a new client was extremely professional and their efforts to setup cleaning service that deliver efficiency was exceptional.I strongly recommend them if regular cleaning is required.

I’m not usually into writing reviews but wanted share my recent experience with Miss Maid. I was moving out from one place to another and hired them to do professional post tenancy cleaning.Initially I have requested quotes from 3 companies and price wise Miss Maid was somewhere at the middle. Their offer was giving me complete peace of mind if something is not right with the service as well as offering flexible payment options. Other cleaning companies were difficult to contact and were asking for cash payment only which wasn’t something that I wanted to even consider.On the day of the service a team of 3 people arrived with a their branded company van and fully equipped. All have identified themselves with their Miss Maid badges and the cleaning process have started. I was watching them for about 10 min and decided to go out until is finished. Their office was keeping me updated and called me about an hour before completing the job. I went back at the end to check the service with one of their operatives and honestly I was surprised by tge results. Even the very heavy limescale was fully cleaned from my bathrooms. While we were going around the house their carpet cleaner was already packing their staff.After we checked everything, a lady from their office called me to ask if I was happy from the results and to check on how I would like to pay. She also assured me without even asking that if there is something not right with the cleaning service during inventory checkout ti contanct them and they will sort out. I paid with card and proper company invoice was emailed to me few minutes later. On the end one nice surprise was that I have received voucher with 20% off for next time! I have called them today to arrange another service with this discount to refresh the property I’m moving it to. I beleive this is a company with experience and customer service who really do a step further to ensure satisfaction of their customers. I recommend to all of my friends without hesitation.

UPDATE - Miss Maid sent a bigger crew of four people to rectify the issues i had with a re-clean, and am now pleased with the end results.Bitterly disappointed by Miss Maid. The best piece of advice i can give, is don't fall for their ploy to add more services onto what you need with the discounts. They will NOT book enough time for everything you pay for, to be completed to a satisfactory standard. In the end you will be hit with a large bill with mediocre cleaning. this is NOT a complaint about the cleaners themselves, who were lovely but the business practice.
Very happy with the quality of cleaning guys! When Kristina went on a holiday I was worried that the other cleaner wouldn’t meet the standard I was so used to. I can’t be happier I was wrong 🙂 🙂 You really do make a big difference! Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
